Processing Time Update

Hey everyone!


Our processing time will temporarily be a bit longer until further notice.

Instead of 3 months (12 weeks), processing time will be roughly 4 months.


There is a bit of a delay due to some of us having been ill and now the Holidays.


We've added some longer days to our schedule to try and catch up with everything. Our goal is to eventually have our processing time be 1-2 months, but it will take a bit of time to catch up.

Terribly sorry for the delay!


We are currently sending out orders from early October.

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​
