We live in a very small town in Alberta Canada so our options are limited.

Please note that this is only due to Etsy's limited shipping customization and if you are ordering from Canada, the US, or select the Canada Post International Tracked shipping upgrade, your order will be sent out in 3-8 business days.
Using Chit Chats International shipping will be sent out every 2-3 weeks.

🪡UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS who want a Custom Coloured Mask:
We are currently unable to process certain Value-Added Tax (VAT) for specific locations through veilandvisage.com, but thankfully Etsy is able to collect and process Value-Added Tax.
If you're in the UK and would like to order a Custom Coloured Mask that you see on my website, please contact us with what you'd like to order, and we can make a custom Etsy listing just for you!
❗EU & EEA CUSTOMERS:
We are temporarily unable to ship physical products to the EU/EEA and Northern Ireland. We are working on the regulations that are needed to comply with the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).
We have many wonderful customers throughout Europe that we do not want to lose and are actively working toward meeting the new requirements so we can resume shipping to these destinations as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
↩️RETURNS:
If you'd like to return your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will be happy to refund you your purchase, minus the shipping fee.
If you do not want a refund, but would rather us fix a damaged product, please contact us and we will be happy to fix whatever may have broken free of charge.
Limits may apply.
Customer must pay for shipping.
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
❌CANCEL AN ORDER:
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will be happy to promptly cancel your order.
