UPDATED SHIPPING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Hello everyone! I've had to make a few changes regarding shipping.

The most important takeaways are:
SOME ORDERS (both on here and Etsy) WILL BE DISPATCHED EVERY 2 WEEKS.
This will mainly affect those who are outside of Canada or the United States, or if you DO NOT select Canada Post as your shipping method. All Canadian and US orders will be sent regularly every week through Canada post, as well as those who choose Canada Post International as their shipping method.
We recently moved to a small town and we now live 2 hours away from the closest Chit Chats drop-off location. Which is why we will be sending out Chit Chats packages every 2 weeks, due to the distance. We were able to request a drop off location in a near by city, but that takes time - if they accept.
When placing an order, you will be able to see the the shipping methods and dispatch times.

Canada Post/Canada Post International/Chit Chats US Connect: Sent out every week Chit Chats: Sent out every 2 weeks
❓A QUESTION TO MY CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Would you like a Chit Chats option as well? It will be more affordable but your orders would also be sent out every 2 weeks.

🪡UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS who want a Custom Coloured Mask:
We are currently unable to process certain Value-Added Tax (VAT) for specific locations through veilandvisage.com, but thankfully Etsy is able to collect and process Value-Added Tax. I want to make sure that your order makes it to you safely and free of complication, so I will no longer accept UK orders on veilandvisage.com BUT I CAN through Etsy.
If you're in the UK and would like to order a Custom Coloured Mask that you see on my website, please contact us with what you'd like to order, and we can make a custom Etsy listing just for you!
❗EU & EEA CUSTOMERS: We are temporarily unable to ship physical products to the EU/EEA and Northern Ireland both here and on Etsy. We are working on the regulations that are needed to comply with the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).
We have many wonderful customers throughout Europe that we do not want to lose and are actively working toward meeting the new requirements so we can resume shipping to these destinations as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
Otherwise everything is still the same! US shipments still remain Tariff free.
