Hello! My name is Tris, but I'm also known as The Veilsmith.

Here at Veil and Visage, I love creating unique items that allow you to step into a world of fantasy.

I take inspiration from Forest Fantasy, Alternative Fashion, Gothic Victorian Aesthetic, Elegant Beauty, and the Mysterious.

I created Phantomasy in 2018 and then changed my business name to Veil and Visage in 2026.

My journey began from a necklace that I found in a corset shop. It was made of freestanding embroidery - though I had no idea what that was at the time. I went home an learned everything I could about freestanding embroidery, which led me to purchasing my first embroidery machine, as well as an embroidery program. I spent months teaching myself how to use it.

I then started making my own necklaces and chokers! Which later evolved into masks, and then grew into the glasses-friendly masks that you know today.

Currently I work by myself with the help of my fiance in the attic of our beautiful 120+ year old house.
