NEXT SHOP UPDATE

Hey everyone! My Etsy shop will be restocked and all closed listings on my website will reopen, excluding the commission slots.

Commissions are closed until the ones I currently have are completed.


This next Etsy shop update will be rather LARGE! I’m MOVING in September so we will mostly be making ready-to-ship items until we leave.

We will still be taking Made-to-order orders but they will be very limited!


I’ll share more about the move later!

I will be turning my Etsy shop on Vacation Mode near the end of August, so please make sure to place orders before then! I will have one more Etsy shop update as well before temporarily closing it for the move.

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​
